Submarining is a dangerous business, as the Russians are being reminded:
Twenty people suffocated to death and another 21 were hospitalized after a Russian nuclear submarine’s fire safety system failed during a test run in the Sea of Japan… The victims suffocated Saturday after the submarine’s fire-extinguishing system accidentally turned on and released Freon gas, Sergei Markin, an official with Russia’s top investigative agency, told The Associated Press. He said forensic tests found Freon in the victims’ lungs.
It’s a dangerous business we do. Even more so when the systems designed to help you for some reason… don’t.
